  Excellent food, friendly staff. We stopped in at 1020 on a Tuesday night and were happy to find the kitchen was open until 1130! I was impressed by their gluten friendly options. I had the lemon grass chicken thighs and my boyfriend had the ribs and chicken. Both were very good. If I come back to Gibson's I'll be sure to eat here again.

  Stopped in for dinner as there are not many options on a Monday night during March in Gibson's. We started with the veggie platter and then order the Wok bowls. He had it with chicken and I had it with prawns. First of all the veggie plate starter was huge and the wok bowls with the noodles were fantastic. Happened to grab a table near the fire place. It was nice and quiet. Service was good. They have a good beer selection including some local craft beers! All and all I would go again.
